Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order:
- You'll receive an immediate order confirmation email indicating we've received your order
- Your payment method will be pre-authorized (not yet charged)
- We verify product availability with our suppliers
- If items are unavailable, we will:
- Cancel the pre-authorization
- Notify you via email
- Available items will ship within 5 business days, at which point your card will be charged
Order Shipment
For in-stock items:
- Orders typically ship within 5 business days
- Tracking information emailed within 24 hours of shipment
- Contact us at support@mytoiletdirect.com if you don't receive tracking within 6 business days
Shipping Restrictions:
- We primarily ship within the continental USA
- Limited exceptions for Canada (when checkout permits)
- International shipping not available for most products
Address Changes
- Address changes after processing/shipment:
- May cause delays
- Customer responsible for any additional freight charges
- No exceptions to additional fee responsibility
Shipping Times
- All delivery estimates are approximate (not guaranteed)
- Cancellations due to shipping delays:
- Customer responsible for all associated fees
- Includes shipping, storage, and handling costs
- Important: Chargebacks for shipping delays will be treated as fraudulent
