- The competitor must:

- Have the identical item in stock
- Not be an auction/discount site (eBay, Overstock, etc.)
What We Match:
- Item price + shipping charges (excludes sales tax)
- Regular priced items only (no special promotions)
What We Don't Match:
- Limited-time sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)
- Rebates or "buy one, get one" offers
- Prices that would result in a loss for our business
How to Request a Price Match

- Email proof of the lower price to support@mytoiletdirect.com
- We'll review and process your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll refund the price difference to your original payment method
